A commercial property management company with 200+ active leases needed a reliable system to track lease milestones, generate notices, and manage renewal negotiations. Missing a notice window could mean losing a tenant or triggering an unfavorable holdover clause.

What We Built

• Lease data model with all critical date types: commencement, expiration, option exercise, rent escalation, renewal notice deadline
• Automated notice generation: templated letters in PDF with e-signature via DocuSign API
• Escalation rules: notify property manager → director → executive at configurable intervals
• Renewal pipeline: track negotiation stage, counter offers, executed amendments
• Bulk import from Excel for initial data migration
